We NEVER collect your credit card number or credit card expiry date or other details pertaining to your credit card on our website. Credit card information will be obtained and processed by our online payment partner CC Avenue.

Jurisdiction

If you choose to visit the website, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Policy and the website's terms of use. The laws applicable will be the Lex situs, where the host operator carries on his work within the State of India to the extent to which State laws apply and the laws of India where the Central laws are applicable as per the scheme of legislative powers delineated under schedule VII of the Indian Constitution. The seat of arbitration shall be Chennai and the applicable law shall be Indian law and the law applicable in the State of Tamil Nadu.
